Hand-finished in our Atlanta studio, each shroud features a modular two-piece design—a structural fan shroud with integrated stainless steel filtration and a detachable aesthetic outer cover. At Particle Studios IO, we believe your hardware should be as refined as your workspace. Unlike mass-produced plastic covers, our fan shrouds are made-to-order and undergo a meticulous hand-finishing process. Every unit is 3D-printed to exacting standards, hand-sanded for a seamless surface, and finished with a premium satin paint that feels more like an industrial component than a computer accessory.

// The Fan Shroud & Filter: A 6.6mm slim-profile frame featuring a 304 Stainless Steel Mesh Filter. It provides minimal air resistance and exceptional airflow while keeping dust out of your delicate fins.

Assembly Video for 120mm Fan Shroud and Outer Cover. Step 1 - Position Top Shroud on desired PC Fan side and screw into place with steady and firm downward pressure. (2) slide outer cover on to fan. That's it!

RADIATOR & AIO SUPPORT

Compatible with or without radiators and all-in-one (AIO) coolers. Also works with air coolers, though minor modifications may be required. Please cross-reference your hardware's dimensions with the fan shroud's specifications to ensure proper clearance and tolerances.
